This Sephardic-style feast offers a modern interpretation of tradition, thoughtfully prepared with kitniyot (legumes) kept separate and Kosher-for-Pesach meals available to ensure every family member can dine comfortably.
Seder Dinner Menu
- CUCUMBER SALAD: served over mixed greens with lemon & extra virgin olive oil
- BRAISED BRISKET: slowly braised in red wine, beef stock, mirepoix, garlic & herbs
- ROASTED CHICKEN: rosemary roasted and simmered in a smoked Spanish paprika sauce
- TORTILLA ESPAÑOLA: Spanish omelet prepared with potato, egg, garlic, & arugula
- MASHED POTATOES: prepared with extra virgin olive oil (vegan)
- MAPLE GLAZED ORGANIC RAINBOW CARROTS (vegan)
- ROASTED MUSHROOMS: prepared with extra virgin olive oil, smoked Spanish paprika, garlic & herbs (vegan)
- DESSERT: ALMOND FLOUR CARROT CAKE (dairy free), CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
