Celebrate Passover with our Emanu-El community at a festive, participatory Seder featuring a new, delicious Spanish-inspired menu from returning favorite Chef Frank Sanchez.

This Sephardic-style feast offers a modern interpretation of tradition, thoughtfully prepared with kitniyot (legumes) kept separate and Kosher-for-Pesach meals available to ensure every family member can dine comfortably.

Seder Dinner Menu

  • CUCUMBER SALAD: served over mixed greens with lemon & extra virgin olive oil
  • BRAISED BRISKET: slowly braised in red wine, beef stock, mirepoix, garlic & herbs
  • ROASTED CHICKEN: rosemary roasted and simmered in a smoked Spanish paprika sauce
  • TORTILLA ESPAÑOLA: Spanish omelet prepared with potato, egg, garlic, & arugula
  • MASHED POTATOES: prepared with extra virgin olive oil (vegan)
  • MAPLE GLAZED ORGANIC RAINBOW CARROTS (vegan)
  • ROASTED MUSHROOMS: prepared with extra virgin olive oil, smoked Spanish paprika, garlic & herbs (vegan)
  • DESSERT: ALMOND FLOUR CARROT CAKE (dairy free), CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
  • Chicken, Brisket and Mashed Potatoes: Great for Kids!
